Online and Social Sweepstakes: Additional Rules
These Additional Rules, together with the Official General Rules at https://www.evercommerce.com/sweepstakes-contests-rules/ (“General Rules”), govern the Promotion defined below to be conducted by EverCommerce, Inc., EverCommerce Solutions, Inc. and/or its subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively “EverCommerce” or “Company” or “Sponsor”). These Additional Rules will prevail in the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the General Rules and the terms and conditions of the Additional Rules. By entering, you explicitly agree to these Additional Rules and to the General Rules governing EverCommerce promotions.

Advanced Marketing Concepts, LLC, d/b/a MarketSharp and improveit! 360, LLC are the sponsors of this Sweepstakes. Any questions relating to this Sweepstakes should be directed to either Sponsor.
Eligibility
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The sweepstakes is open to business entities incorporated and operating within the 50 United States or D.C. that operate in the Home Service Remodeling sector.
Employees, officers and directors of Company, its advertising and promotional agencies, and persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements for this Sweepstakes.
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 27th, 2026, and ends at 12:00 a.m. ET on September 30th, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The servers hosting the MarketSharp Website are the official time clocks for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter
To enter, visit Sponsor’s website at www.Marketsharp.com and fill out the entry form with your name, company name, e-mail address, and mailing address, and click “Submit.” Participants must attend a product Demo provided by an EverPro Account Executive to be eligible. Limit one entry per person.
Limit one entry per company during the entire Promotion Period. Entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period. Any other form of entry is void.
Selection and Notification of Winners
Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize Winner for MarketSharp & one (1) Grand Prize Winner for improveit360 (“Winner”) in a random drawing held approximately fifteen business days following the close of the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via e-mail and must respond via email in 15 days in order to formally claim the prize.
Prize
Two (2) $5,000 Wrapmate gift cards – One (1) earmarked towards improveit360 and one (1) earmarked towards MarketSharp, approximate retail value $5,000 each.
